Disabled young senior needs help with cleaning.... has a cat which is her emotional support animal.. currently working with an organizer to organize apt due to ankle injury and Sr is under 5 ft. Sr is a diabetic who relies with cane and rollator and don't drive. Due to placement of dumpster, Sr has problems getting bagged garbage to dumpster due to previous falls due to uneven ground between building to dumpster. The apt complex is not Sr housing or handicapped housing
