The house is a raised ranch. 1400 sq ft. Most rooms are carpeted. You can use our vacuum. The kitchen, 2 small entrance areas, bath and 2 half-baths have hard surfaces and need a swifter or damp cloth wipe. We just need dusting of wooden furniture, exposed parts of shelves and countertops. Standard bathroom cleaning. We have one single bed and one twin bed that wed want made up. The beds will already be stripped. We would like cleaning every other week until approximately May next year.
