Brand new building just moved in last month. Just need regular maintenance on apartment. I do have a small dog that is super sweet. He barks when he first meets you and then is your best friend. Hes 6 and is a 10 pound yorkie. I work a lot and run my own yoga school as well so I am just looking for regular maintenance on my one bedroom one bath apartment.
