Weekly Housekeeper Needed - Lovely Old Brooklyn Townhouse

Hi! We are a two-working-parent family with two kids, two dogs and a cat, and we need help! We've been using a great cleaning service, but realized it's not frequent enough for us. We're looking for someone who can come for 8 hours once a week, any weekday that works for you. We need standard cleaning; vacuuming, mopping, dusting, tidying, etc., and wash/change sheets (we have a laundry machine, and will provide all supplies/equipment). Seeking someone who takes initiative beyond basic cleaning when there's extra time - e. g. if they notice the laundry machine needs a deep clean, will figure out how to do that, or will scrub down the cupboards every once in a while. Must be comfortable with dogs, cats and kids. We love our beautiful old house, just need help caring for it properly!
