Looking For A "Co-Mom" To Help With The End Of Day Duties And Prep For The Next Day

We are a family of 4 (with 3 elder dogs), both mom and dad work full time 8 - 5. Looking for someone to help us with evening chores/the kids Tuesday - Thursday. Things I have to do daily is unpack the kids' bags, make dinner, do the dishes, run laundry, help 2nd grader with homework, entertain the 1-year-old, tidy the toy-chaos, feed the dogs, bathe the kids, get them ready for bed and start prepping for the next day. I'm looking for someone to help me do all this. Lots of times I have to sit and care for my 1-year-old or help my 2nd grader do homework and it slows me down from being able to do the other mom-chores and I get overwhelmed - would love a partner in crime to either tag in to help with the kids or to help with the evening chores.
