Will need light cleaning and dusting I use tilex fabuloso Clorox clean up I have a small dog who is friendly but can be temperamental he doesnt bother anyone or will get in your way. The initial cleaning would be a lot of dusting mainly keeping the floors, bathrooms, kitchen, clean my kitchen seems to always be clean.
