Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Family Living In Carson City.

I have a one bedroom one bathroom apartment. I have difficulty cleaning because I have severe osteoarthritis in my left shoulder and have pulmonary arterial hypertension, chronic heart and respiratory and need oxygen 24/7. It's really hard for me to vacuum, mop and change my linens. I was notified this afternoon 12/09 that my landlord is going to inspect my apartment which they do frequently with short notice. Tomorrow I have trash to take out, need a little help straightening things up, cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, vacuuming and mopping, changing my sheets. My house isn't really dirty, I do my best to clean but haven't been able to vacuum or mop lately. I need help cleaning tomorrow so I pass inspection. I need help once a month to keep my house clean and have clean linens.
