About the job
We are looking for a house cleaner/manager to come 1-2x a week for about 4-6 hours each time. Looking for tasks mostly like below: -wash and put away all dirty dishes -compile all trash/boxes and take to cans outside. Trash to curb on Wed -meal prep.. cook diff meats like chicken and ground beef -laundry (clothes/towels) -restocking shelves/fridge. Also restocking toilet paper/tissues etc. make a list of what is needed to order. -house maintenance calls.. ie broken doorbell, HOA issues, HVAC issues. Just calling and setting appointments with contractors to fix issues -general cleaning (vaccum, swifter, clean toilet/shower, wipe counter tops, etc -take items to dry cleaning -possibly take dog for a short walk
