Our day to day is new each day! This job is for the girlies who love practicing mindfulness, find joy in helping save the planet, find fulfillment in helping others, and love working with empowered and like minded individuals. No professional cleaning experience is necessary but it's always a plus:) We train all of our girls to clean to our standards and teach them so they can carry the knowledge with them throughout their lives. Our day to day: Our day to day meeting up at our storage unit to grab all of our eco friendly supplies and our equipment, heading to our first clients home and then onto next! We work Monday-Friday and are super flexible with scheduling so you still have time to live your life and focus on your other responsibilities. It's all about that good energy for us... we believe work should make you feel good and accomplished. We provide our staff with mental health check ins and open communication because here at Free Spirit Cleaning Fam we believe each of our mental health comes first. Every Friday we try and do a team outing to a new local restaurant in Philly. This is a great time to chat, reflect about the work week, and plan for the new week ahead and, of course... enjoy some yummy food. it's important to us that our team feels supported and taken care of. We all know that cleaning can be a lot on the body at times. For each team members birthday we take care of you so you can enjoy your self care rituals . We offer self care packages for our staff and massage packages because, you deserve the time to take care of yourself and you are appreciated! We look forward to chatting & hopefully working together
