We own a Rental in Seaside heights, we will need cleanings based on bookings to prepare for our next guests. Cleaning includes full linen and towel reset for each bedroom. I have multiple sets of each to ease with flipping the space. Our minimum stay is 2 nights so lots of opportunity to make money! Generally from cleaning the bedrooms/bathrooms and doing the laundry it takes about 2. 5 hour start to finish so name your price!
