This is a house with 2 apartments the 1st apartment has 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The laundry room is in the basement with access directly from. the 1st floor. The 2nd floor has 3 room and 2 bathroom with a laundry room on the third floor. This is being used as a rental. A standard cleaning.
