Summer Rental Cleaning- Weekly

Summer rental changeover cleaning Looking for cleaning between rentals during the summer July-August. Would mainly be weekly on Saturday with the occasional week skipped as some people rent 2 weeks. Cleaning would need to be done between (check out is 11 a.m. and check-in is 4pm). House is 900sq ft and has 3 bedroom 1. 5 bathroom.
