Handicapped Health Worker Needs Help!

I've been needing a regular housekeeper for a while, but I keep trying to do it myself and I have a bad back, knees, feet, and now I'm about to have surgery. My minor shoulder surgery will be next month. I can usually do laundry, but it is very painful in my back. So, maybe I would like to try once a week for a while? I have three cats, but I do not expect anyone to clean up after them. The house is small in size, but has 3 levels and somewhat challenging short I staircases. All hardwood floors downstairs, carpeted upstairs except for the bathrooms. Laundry, dish-washing general cleaning some organization would be helpful No public transit unless you walk pretty far 2 sweet black/ white kitties 1 scared orange cat who hides!
