Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Family Living In Wilmington

I have a 4500 square foot home and a dog. I need someone probably half days most days of the week (but probably 5 total, just would like one of those days to be a weekend). My husband, daughter and I all work full time and have a lot of people come in and out of our house. I have a team who comes in and deep cleans once a week, but I need daily help: kitchen, laundry, beds, errands, organizing (would love someone who loves a good cabinet clean out!), and if someone could meal prep that would be amazing, but not 100 percent necessary. Looking for someone who is upbeat and loves dogs. My Golden Retriever is almost 14 and super sweet.
