Monthly Housekeeper Of A Spacious Townhouse.

My home is a 2 story townhouse. 3 bedrooms, 2. 5 bathrooms. Approximately 1600 sq feet. Kitchen, living & dining room Dusting (including ceiling fans), vacuuming off living room furniture, floors, and stairs, mopping, emptying 3 trash cans, cleaning bathrooms. On time, honest, efficient, trustworthy, dog friendly. Assigned parking. I have 2 spots assigned to my unit & I use 1 of them. I have one dog. His name is Neil & is a 15-pound chihuahua mix. When someone rings our doorbell or knocks on our door, he acts like he's more vicious than he really is. He's great at protecting his home. As soon as I let the person in, though, he's all about "love me, love me, pet me, pet me, I want to lick your face off." He's also sneaky & nosey... he'll try to "help" by making off with rags, gloves, etc.
