We have one small pet (non-shedding), no kids. We do have plenty of art and knick knacks, tho. The upstairs will only need to be cleaned when we have guests coming. We'd love to find someone who is very thorough with bathrooms and kitchens especially. Someone who is dependable and happy to learn our preferences and stick around for a while.
