Location: Durham, NC Employment: PT (12-20hrs/wk) Salary: $25-35/hr Schedule & Hours: 3 days/wk: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (4hrs: 8a-2p) Job Summary: We seek an experienced House Manager who excels in communication and organization that can build lasting, trust-based relationships. The ideal candidate will have: at least 2yrs experience in house management and will ensure the home runs efficiently, maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, and manage household; proficiency in following instructions, + the ability to adapt to diverse household tasks and procedures; a proactive approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, who can anticipate needs with discretion and professionalism.
