House Manager Role (12-15 Hrs Per Week)

We're looking for a capable, communicative, and proactive house manager. The schedule is somewhat flexible and will be approximately 4-5 hrs/day on Mon, Tues, and Thurs sometime between 9am-4 p.m. (~12-15 hrs/week starting at $20 per hr). We have two kids who are in full-time daycare/school so this is not a childcare role. Our house cleaner comes every other week, so no 'deep' cleaning. We are working parents and looking for house management help. Daily 'maintenance' tasks could be: - meal prep - this is important! *must be comfortable making a few simple dishes for dinner meal prep (we will provide the ingredients/recipes/menu, etc) - dishes and kitchen - cycle through laundry (wash, fold, put away) - pack kid lunches - tidy toys/books in kid spaces - organizing kids clothes, moving with seasons/sizes - tidy up, leaf blow off porches.
