Small 2/2 cabin with carpet and vinyl in wet areas. About 800 SF total. No dishes, laundry, windows or carpet shampoo needed. Basically just vacuum carpet, dust, mop vinyl floors, look for cob webs and remove from walls and ceiling if any. Clean kitchen tops, sink and bathrooms completely. I've done it before alone in 90 minutes.
