76 Year Old Couple Want Great Housekeeper For 4 Hours 5 Days Per Week

3100 sq. ft condo on three levels. Estimates: 1200 sq. ft on main floor cleaned daily-MBR suite, guest bath, laundry, kitchen, dining/living room, sunroom, and covered deck. 200 sq f guest BR cleaned once a month 600 sqf media/entertainment area and bathroom on basement level cleaned weekly after Neighborhood Movie Night. 200 sq ft guest BR cleaned once a month . 900 sqf guest MBR suite on second floor cleaned once a week. Occasional short errands Not involved with meal prep. Employer /employee contractual relationship with paid time off for national holidays. Employee will have flexibility scheduling days and hours between 8:30 and 4:00. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be fluent in English.
