One bedroom ground floor with washer/dryer. Carpet in bedroom. Balance of flooring is slip proof type of laminate . I have a steam type floor cleaner on order. I have a portable type pet cleaner. I need linen change and wash ( leave wet in washer and I will dry). I have a very gentle laborador dog. Apt was new when I moved in. Windows and floors need good cleaning each visit. I am a clean living male Senior Citizen.
