Has 2 dogs that are friendly. One is a Shitszu and a black lab. At this time home owner has been sick and diagnosed with pneumonia. House will initially need deep cleaning as far as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms. Carpet (in one room) will need spot cleaned. It is a single wide mobil home. Wednesday's are never a good day for coming. Contact us as soon as possible.
