About the job
Bathrooms and kitchen are quite dirty and are the major concern. Bathtubs, sinks and commodes have much rust from hard water (well). The bathroom shower tiles have significant soap scum. The sun room's vinyl tile floor needs to be vacuumed and mopped. Engineered wood floors in front living room and rear family room need cleaning and mopping. Probably not much effort for the three bedrooms. This is my second house and primarily used for storage and rural weekend visits.
