3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Approximately 1700 square feet. Two of the bedrooms are utilized as offices and will not be needed for regular cleaning; however, maybe a once a quarter add-on for them would be nice. 0-2 adults may be in the home at the time of cleaning. If present, we will be in our respective offices. There are also 3 small dogs in the home, and they will be locked in one of the two offices while cleaners are present. Mostly hardwood floors - carpet in the master bedroom and one large area rug in the main.
