Female Housekeeper W/some Adult Special Needs In-home Exp. But NOT Dementia/Alzheimer's

Experienced, attention-to-detail committed, conscientious and calm housekeeper/home helper sought for what we believe will be a great opportunity for a seasoned, mature female looking for a consistent and long-term job. My wife and I need someone (female) who can keep our modest home very clean as we have medical concerns that make it imperative that our home and its environment be keep extremely clean and in-order on an on-going basis. Along with general tasks marked earlier in this post, duties will include rigorous daily housekeeping/daily laundry with our in-home washer/dryer and a weekly trip to the dry cleaners, intermittent assist with food prep w/dietary guidelines, assist w/feeding my wife, (+) misc. shopping and other various errands--mileage cost is compensated. We're Christian and have a loving marriage
