Help Deep Cleaning And Organizing

Looking to invest in a housekeeper in 2025. Husband and I work full time, have two kiddos under 5 and a dog with a double coat (think huskie level of fur). Sometimes, the household duties fall to the wayside outside of the normal vacuum, dishes, laundry and we could use help with more deep cleaning from time to time: oven, fridge, baseboards, dusting, mopping, wall washing, cleaning cabinets, etc. We also need help downsizing and, even though we both are organized at work, it doesn't always translate at home so some assistance in that area (our linen closet is a bit of a mess.
