Kansas City family of 5 needs a part-time house manager. The ideal match will meet the requirements below. 8-10 hours a week (preferably Thur or Fri). Tasks include: WEEKLY CLEANING: (4 BED, 2 Living, 1 Dining, 1 Kitchen, Baths (2 full, 1 half): - Vacuum/mop all floors and stairs. - Dust all surfaces (wipe as needed). - Wipe/scrub toilets, sinks, counters, showers/baths, fixtures, cabinet fronts, and glass/mirrors. - Onsite laundry for a family of 5 - wash, dry, fold/hang, and return to closets. - Empty and/or load the dishwasher. - General toy tidying. MONTHLY CLEANING: - Wipe inside of fridge. - Clean oven. - Dust ceiling fans. - Wipe/mop front porch (weather permitting). - Dust/wipe down and vacuum finished basement.
