This is just a cleaning needed for a move out. I will have all furniture and everything out of the house (other than the fridge and oven) and will not be needing the upstairs portion of the property cleaned seeing as I have a roommate and that portion of the house is not my issue to handle. This will be 2 bedrooms, a very small full bath room, dining room, living room, and small kitchen.
