Friendly House Cleaner Needed

We've had someone to clean our house since 2012 (one person for 8 years, and another for a couple of years) and are looking for a long-term house cleaner every other week. We have the main floor cleaned each time, and the lower finished level cleaned, too, every other time. Just my retired husband and me (online business), and we're pretty neat and clean. The main floor with a 3/4 bath, full bath (tub/shower rarely used), and a guest room rarely used. other BR doesn't require cleaning. Carpeted FR, hardwood flr kitchen, LR, eating area and entry area for coats, etc., completes the main level. The finished carpeted lower level has one BR, 3/4 bath, living area, and laundry. Other areas don't need cleaning. Would love to meet you, and start asap.
