I have a 1050 sq ft. 2bd/2bth apt, with secured entry. I have a vacuum & my own cleaning supplies to be used. I don't have a mop. I only require the floors (carpet & vinyl) & the 2 bths to be cleaned, plus the occasional odd job that I can't reach or lift. I'm a semi-disabled senior with one cat. Must be a non-smoker, not allergic to cats, and a legal resident of Rochester. I prefer early-mid afternoons, Tues-Thurs. Thanks!
