Meal Prep And Cleaning Help For Busy Family With Young Toddler!

Hello! I am looking for someone to help my family with cleaning and meal prep once a week. My husband is a resident physician and I also work full time. We have a toddler and a dog. We are struggling to keep on top of everything! For meal prep, we aren't looking for anything fancy, just some basic healthy meals to pull out at the end of the day so I can eat alongside my son after work instead of just eating cereal after his bedtime :) For cleaning, we're looking for someone to help us with the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors. Maybe a load of towels and guest room laundry sometimes, but otherwise I do the laundry and sheet changes. Must be comfortable with dogs. Huge bonus if we can find someone willing to take our 50 lb husky mix out to the yard and throw his tennis ball a few times. Must be non-smoking and vaccinated for Covid/flu.
