I live in a condo. My place is 820 square feet. Right now I am far behind, so the first visit or so will be more involved than ongoing visits. I am 79 yrs old and have a bad back and a foot problems, so I am limited in what I can do and I hurt most of the time. I've been downsizing, slowly for about three years. In the process, I've often changed the location of things, making more work and confusion. I know cleaning assistance will help both my physical and mental health. I especially need to keep rates lower, preferably under $40 per hour. I have limited income, so this is critical. Many cleaners I've talked with want $50 per hour and frankly that scares me. I am facing some extensive dental costs my budget. My schedule is pretty flexible. I hope to have a sensitive conversation about this relatively soon.
