Our home totals 3600 sq ft, but most of the time, we only need our upper two floors cleaned (the basement, while finished, isn't used as often and is lower maintenance.) I would love to have someone who can come in monthly to clean. For the most part, I'm just looking for basic cleaning, but with the flexibility to do special projects (fridge cleaning, wall cleaning, etc.) by request. We are a pretty clean family, but with two kids, pets, and demanding careers... my spouse and I lack the bandwidth to consistently clean to our standards.
