This is a rental home. Our guests typically stay for a week at a time but we sometimes do 3-5 night rentals as well. We would need a full turn of the house each time a guest checks out, so flexibility is needed for scheduling purposes. Linens, floors, vacuuming, bathrooms, restocking (we order and provide items and keep them here in a locked closet). Should take an average of 4-5 hours per clean for one person. There are other odds and ends we would ask as well.
