The lower 2 bedrooms rarely get used. So it would be a quick dust up. The lake side windows could be like ounce a month. The kitchen floors are rugged granite looking tile. A bit of work to mop. I tend to get a lot of yellowish pollen in the spring time. Also there is a fairly nice sized screened in porch- but we have roll down Sunbrella curtains on the outside side. Planning a new 12x55 deck for late spring, not sure what that will bring. Im pretty easy. Rich
