Searching for an outstanding house cleaner with flexibility to work with a short-term rental schedule. We are new to short-term rental ownership but have 12 years of long-term rental ownership experience. Can you provide your own cleaning equipment? If not, we would love your input into buying what you would love to use at our home. We hope to attract high-quality guests, but there may be some occasional surprises. We can discuss how we can set nightly minimums to make sure you aren't coming out every single day to clean between rentals. Each cleaning will include: Bathroom cleaning, carpet vacuuming, laminate floor mopping, kitchen cleaning, dusting, changing bedding and towels, and potentially cleaning oven and washing walls. Twice a year we would like a deep cleaning with window washing, carpet shampooing, and wall washing.
