It needs a one-time deeper clean, windows, fridge, oven, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. and then every other week just the bathrooms , vacuum, kitchen and dusting. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment. One bathroom has a tub, the a shower. There is no dishwashing since I have a dishwasher.
