This cleanout is for an empty house that will soon be going up for sale. Most of it is fairly clean - it's been freshly painted and some of the floors have been refinished. - The basement is empty but dirty and will be the biggest part of the job. - The floors in the kitchen and family room need a deep cleaning, along with trim. - The kitchen needs a thorough cleaning, including the appliances. There may be other things. I would prefer to do a walk-through before getting a bid.
