Transportation Not Required2b2ba 1400sq ft I'm looking for help with standard home cleaning, mild organization, laundry put away/pickup (I use a nearby drop off service), bathroom, vacuuming etc. nothing too wild, just a clean home with clean laundry Looking for someone who can create and get into a routine with what makes sense for the household and make it happen. Good with kids is a must (5yo in household). Ideally open to childcare occasionally, but not a dealbreaker Unit has underground, covered, or uncovered parking available. Need to discuss with leasing office parking access options, but no matter what you'll have elevator access to my floor (10th/top floor) I have an American Shorthair cat who is either entirely skittish or will love on you relentlessly (results vary from person to person). Of no responsibility to anyone else, I also have a harmless ball python snake enclosed in a 20 gal tank. Likely won't ever seen see her out of her heated enclosure within the tank during the daytime.
