this is a Condo that has not been lived in for 4yrs but has been visited by the owner (me) 10-15 times over that stretch. It is not filthy but very dusty and needs most surfaces (cabinet doors, floor boards, counter tops, floors, tables... and the like) wipped down and cleaned. Again, this is not a filthy situation but it is a situation that required all surfaces to be cleaned.
