Lots to discuss, perhaps we should be in " house cleaning " category here. We own a part time rental house with cleaning required approx 70 times a year. Winter time; mostly at weekends, summer mixed, some by the week, others Sat. to Sat. requiring back to back requiring cleaning between, a 5 hr span to clean. ( proven to be adequate ) 1600 sq ft. 3 levels. Equipment/ supplies provided. NO BEDS TO MAKE UP, all linens are provided by each guest which they take home. Must be available for a clean between Xmas & New Year.
