This is a small studio apartment, 300 square feet, one small bathroom, kitchenette. It is one room + a bathroom. There are pets - two cats (that will most likely hide while you are there) and one very friendly mini golden doodle. Need help maintaining the bathroom, sweeping and mopping the floors, cleaning the kitchenette area. Possibly washing a few dishes (she doesn't cook so will be coffee cups and glasses) and perhaps changing sheets on the bed (but no laundry) - but those are not required if that's something you don't do. Looking for someone to come every other week. I can provide pictures of the space if needed.
