About the job
Cleaning is for my 56 yr old, mentally ill, but very smart brother, Michael. He has a great sense of humor, but doesn't like to be told what to do. He is a smoker and a heavy drinker. He has never hurt anyone. His neighbors Lynn, in L6, and Cecelia, in L7, are great people and his friends. You will have to do a refrigerator clean out and a small appliance clean, microwave and coffeepot. Also will probably have to do dishes, no dishwasher. His laundry can be taken out and returned the next day, You can bill us separately for the laundry. He had a severe head injury in '96 that he recovered from and returned to work, but it did change him. GM forced him into a disability retirement in '05. I am his oldest sister, Jean, of 5 kids. He is a fraternal twin. The twins are kids 4 & 5 . He has no children & our parents are gone.
