Our home is a new construction condo, no kids or pets. Specific needs are bathrooms, counter tops, baseboards, dusting, sweeping, shake out rugs, clean inside of windows and vacuum bedrooms. We have not had good luck finding a housekeeper, the last one put all of our new rugs into the washer and dryer, of course destroying them. Also sucked up area rug into vacuum and left burn marks in it.
