I am a 33-year-old woman who was diagnosed with ADHD in my late 20s. The main way this shows up for me is having a lot of mental blocks around keeping my house tidy! I'd like 1-2 hours of help with household tasks every other week. Needs may not always be the same but could be things like mopping, wiping down kitchen cabinets and counters, cleaning the bathroom, etc. If you're someone with a knack for organization, I'd welcome help just straightening up as well. My house is quite small so there isn't a ton to clean. It's square feet with one main room, two small bedrooms, a bathroom and small kitchen. No judgment please. :)
