We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Laundress to come assist our full-time housekeeper 3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carefully and professional cleaning, laundering and pressing/ironing linens and garments. Also putting away clothing in a organized and color-coded manner. *Responsibilities* - Wash, dry, fold, and iron linens and garments - Sort items by color, fabric, and cleaning technique - Inspect items for stains or damages before laundering - Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and irons - Follow proper cleaning procedures and guidelines - Ensure all items are properly stored and organized *Skills* - Experience in cleaning and laundering linens and garments - Knowledge of different fabrics and their care requirements - Ability to operate laundry equipment effectively
