Looking For A Dependable Housekeeper For Family Living In Yarmouth

We are two working parents to school aged sons (ages 5 & 8) with a dog and a cat. We have a house cleaner that comes every other week but we are also in need of help with all the other housekeeping tasks including laundry, dishes, bed linens, and keeping an organized & tidy house. We struggle the most with keeping our house organized and decluttered and could use someone with experience here to help us get our house organized and keep it that way as best we can. We both normally work in Portland 2-3 days a week (TWTh) and work from home Mon & Fri. We're open to any weekdays that might work, either when we are home or when we aren't. We're thinking 2-3 days a week, totaling maybe 10-15 hours a week?? But unsure what will be sufficient. We may also have afterschool childcare needs but that would be optional/extra and not required.
