Looking For Highly Organized & Proactive Housekeeper

We are a busy family of four looking for a part-time housekeeper who is willing to take on anything and everything. Cleaning, laundry, organization, groceries, meal prep, errands, and more. This is not a job for someone who wants to be told what to do -- we are looking for someone who thrives in a chaotic family with people coming and going, and knows without being asked that sports equipment needs to be unpacked just as dinner is being prepared. Part personal assistant, part chef, part laundry wizard, and part deep cleaner. Bonus points if you're good with kids. We are very flexible on schedule. We need a certain amount of help per week, but it can be different times and different days. Ideally 3 days per week, but just as open to 5 short days as 3 long days. More interested in finding the right person than any particular schedule!
