Cumberland Couple Looking For Regular Housekeeping

We're a young couple who both work from home, no pets or children. We're very easy-going and like to think of ourselves as empathetic, flexible employers. We have a 1,600 sqft house with one primary bedroom, a guest bedroom, and two home offices. In the past, cleaners have generally needed around 4-5 hours for our house. Our previous cleaner was great, but she decided that Cumberland was just too far for her after we moved from Portland. Looking for regular maintenance cleaning and the occasional deeper clean. Very flexible with scheduling, though we prefer not starting before 9 or 10 a.m. If it's a good fit, we may be looking for more regular and/or broad help beyond monthly house cleaning. Could potentially go to once a week and include some other housekeeping task. Definitely not a requirement, but open to it if you're interested.
