Housekeeper For A Frazzled Mom

In the short term, I'm looking for help getting the house ready for an August houseguest. The catch is that we're going to be away for 10 days at the end of July, so I need help soon! Longer term, I am looking for more of a housekeeper, someone who can get to know our household and how it (dys)functions, and help not just with cleaning but also with organizing and finding solutions to get things to run more smoothly. I desperately need help with not washing laundry but folding it. I enjoy cooking but some help with meal prep could also be super helpful. It's hard to estimate how much time I'm looking for because housekeeping feels endless. I think anywhere from 5-10 hours a week would work and I'm very flexible on how this might be structured. An ideal candidate would be a creative problem-solver with a good sense of humor.
